Clients are solely responsible for booking, cancelling and rescheduling all sessions

If a cancellation becomes necessary, Purely requests a 48 hour notice. At such instances, there will be no cancellation fee.

  • If a cancellation is made within 48 hours of an appointment, 50% of the scheduled appointment will be billed.

  • If a cancellation is made within 3 hours of an appointment, 75% of the scheduled appointment will be billed.

  • In the situation where a client is not home upon our arrival, even after confirming the appointment, 100% of the scheduled appointment will be billed

All appointments require a 20% balance to be paid upon booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total balance which is due upon completion of the project.

If rescheduling becomes necessary, Purely will allow for one rain check to be made. If the rain check date gets cancelled again, another deposit will be required to book the next appointment.
